Research Quick Start : Citing and Writing

To get help with citations, the writing process (choosing a topic, thesis statements etc.) and incorporating scholarly research into your assignment,  you can visit the writing center in person or online. https://www.madonna.edu/resources/writing-center/online-tutoring/ 

You can also find a link to the Writing Center in your Student Portal. The Writing Center is located in the library. 

Online Citation Tool:  ZoteroBib   If you need to cite just a few citations, consider using ZoteroBib. ZoteroBib is a free and fast online citation tool, providing citations that are accurate. Create references and in-text citations on the fly in thousands of difference citation styles. Remember to always double check  that your citation is accurate even when using an online tool!

Librarian Tip: Most databases will cite the article for you. Copy and paste the citation for your reference list. Always double check that the citation was copied correctly.
